Mesh Computers launch new Intel Core i7 range

Mesh Computers are pleased to announce the launch of three new systems featuring Intel's new Core i7 CPU - the Elite Pro i7 920SL, the Xtreme Pro i7 920BR and the Xtreme Pro i7 940.

These systems powered by Intel's new Core i7 quad core range of CPUs are amongst the most powerful desktop machines available today. Reviews of the i7 by PC Pro have shown them to be the fastest in the world!

Intel's new Core i7 features an integrated north bridge, using the new QuickPath transport technology to interface directly with system memory.

Backing British Business

Many of you may already know that the Sun newspaper is running a Back British Business campaign, and as an award winning UK PC manufacturer Mesh computers fully support this initiative.

MESH Computers launch New Designer Stylus Range & Build your own Laptops.

A new range of MESH PC's were launched today, showcasing the latest designs for those customers who are after a little bit more style from their PC.

The systems are based around the brand new Silverstone chassis; and utilising the latest technology from graphics card manufacturers ATi & Nvidia and latest Quad Core CPU's from AMD and INTEL these systems pack quite a punch.

Dario Rebaudengo, UK Sales Manager for MESH Computers said ".. the design and price/performance of these systems give our customers a real alternative to the traditional looking PC. MESH Computers launch AMD Phenom Triple Core and Phenom Quad Core.

A new range of MESH PC's were launched today, showcasing the latest AMD technology. The systems are based around the brand new AMD triple and quad core technology which has given users an alternative to the Intel Core 2 Duo range.

MESH Computers Clinch a PC Advisor Best Buy

MESH Computers have just picked up the prestigious PC PRO Labs award on Wednesday 5th 2007. The coveted award values MESH's dedication to bleeding edge technology and product line-up, putting MESH ahead of its competitors such as Apple, Acer and Dell. PC PRO's editor Tim Danton "No other manufacturer is quicker off the mark with new technology. Whether it's quad core PCs or budget systems, the Brent Cross company has impressed".

The Labs award also takes into account MESH's consistency in all of the Computers which have been submitted and reviewed by PC Pro over the last 12 months, including the number of Recommended, Labs Winner and A List awards won per appearance. So, you're using your new MESH Computer, and you need to find a free alternative to Microsoft Office. Well, we'd be happy to help you. Rather than stick with the norm, there are many alternative packages available which will help you steer away from the regular suite of applications from Microsoft.

Microsoft Office has been the market leader for productivity software for the last decade and a half, and up until now has gone relatively unchallenged. There is a reason for this: it is quite simply the best package that money can buy.

However, if you are on a budget all is not lost. One of the most under-rated gems on the internet has to be OpenOffice, the open-source free office suite available for a simple click of the mouse. This has to be the most complete cross platform office alternative available, matching most if not all of the features offered by MS Office.

Sure, the interface isn't as jazzy, not featuring the latest "ribbon" style menus now features in Office 2007. However if you have used Office 2003 and below, you will find yourself at home with this free alternative. Its fully compatible with MS Office too, with the ability to open and save in the Office format.

If you are feeling really adventurous, you can try web based software that you don't even need to install. One of these is google's office platform, Google Docs, This intelligent web based program is almost entirely written in javascript, and let you create compatible word, excel and powerpoint documents using only a compatible web browser such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla. You can even save your documents online.

MESH launch New High End Gaming PC

UK Sales & Product Manager Dario Rebaudengo of MESH Computers, today announced the latest version of MESH's award winning Xtreme gaming range. Called the Xtreme Q8 Ultimate, this ultra high end gaming PC sits at the very top end of the MESH Range.

" MESH prides itself on its reputation for building high quality PC's which always showcase the latest in technology" Dario Rebaudengo said.

MESH Computers Temptest Quad Pro makes the PC Pro A List

We're pleased to announce that the Mesh Computers Tempest Quad Pro has made the PC Pro A-List and been given the PC Pro Recommended award.

This high end machine comes with a Core 2 Quad Q6600, 4GB RAM and has received a 4/5 star rating on performance and a massive 5 out of 5 stars for Value for Money.

Crysis in action

Just seen Crysis demo running on a MESH Xtreme 8XGT!

For those of you not into gaming, Crysis is the first game to really take advantage of Microsoft's new Directx10. Impressive? Absolutely.

This game is absolutely stunning with all the detail levels set to very high. Looks like Nvidia and EA have a fair bit of tweeking to do yet in order to get the best out of the hardware thats thrown at it, but first impressions are amazing.

Lets hope gameplay lives up to the graphics!
